Screw conveyors, or augers, can be used to transport most bulk materials. It comes with U-trough and lid / grating, or with closed pipe trough. At steep angles and large lifting height, it is better to use pipe trough. Reliability and service life are greatly influenced by material selection, dimensions, filling rate and rotor speed.
Emphasis is placed on easy maintenance and easy access for replacement of wear parts.
We can also supply simple screws conveyors for easy operation, with polyethylene (PEHD) pipe troughs and steel end stations (galvanized or stainless steel).
