Sack Cutter Debagger
Vågen Sack Cutter Debagger, is an industrial machine used to open and empty sacks containing powders, granulates, or other dry bulk materials in a controlled and safe manner.
It is designed for various bag types, such as paper sack, plastic bags, or paper sack with an inner liner.
The Vågen Sack Cutter, is engineered with a strong focus on HSE and ergonomics, significantly reducing dust issues compared to simpler manual systems.
Product and empty bags are discharged separately by two screw conveyors.
It is available in carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 304, acid-resistant AISI 316, or a combination where the frame and housing are made of carbon steel, and all product-contact materials are in AISI 304/316.
