Common features of these products include:
- Energy-efficient operation: All presses are equipped with modern, energy-efficient gear motors from SEW Eurodrive, and can be supplied with frequency control for optimal adaptation to different material types.
- Robust and hygienic design: The presses are manufactured in acid-resistant and food-approved steel (AISI 304/316), focusing on durability, easy cleaning, and low maintenance requirements.
- Flexibility: Interchangeable screens (perforated or wedge wire) with customized openings make it possible to optimize the dewatering process for various materials. Several models can also be supplied with automatic washing systems and adapted to special needs.
- High performance and capacity: The series covers a wide capacity range, from smaller units for 1.5 m³/h up to larger presses handling up to 24 m³/h, and with dry matter content up to 40% depending on the model and material.

ADP Screwpress:
- Application: Industrial dewatering and sludge thickening, especially for higher dry solids (DS) content in municipal treatment plants.
- Design & Function: Stainless steel screw (AISI 304/316L) rotating inside a split screen basket with multiple dewatering zones. –Pneumatically controlled pressure plate and wash system. –Fully enclosed for hygienic operation.
- Application: Mechanical dewatering in recycling, slaughterhouses, fish processing, and water/wastewater. Can also function as an extruder.
- Design & Function: Trough and rotor in AISI 304/316. –Replaceable perforated or bar screens (0.1–8 mm). –Spring-loaded back pressure plate, simple start/stop or frequency control.
- Application: Dewatering wet masses in industry and wastewater plants. Suitable for abrasive or fibrous materials.
- Design & Function: Centerless rotor with brush and spray nozzles in the screen housing. –Adjustable back pressure, interchangeable screens (perforated or bar type).
