Drum Sieves
The rotary screen system is specially developed with a filtration cylinder that effectively removes suspended solids from wastewater without causing blockages. It is ideal for solid/liquid separation using continuous rotation of the filter.
The rotary screen system consists of a coarse mesh filter where the size is adapted to the needs and product. Inside the filter, there is a screw rotor that transports the product. The solid particles are captured according to the mesh size of the filter and retained in the drum.
With its rotating system, the solid particles are transported to the outlet side and can be further transported free of liquid.
The system can be modified to suit most processes where the goal is to perform liquid/solid separation. Capacity, retention time, cleaning, flushing, and other systems can be implemented.
